1. How do I return a product?

Return is permitted within 10 days upon receiving the order. As soon as the return is processed, we will issue a credit note for the returned items. Please return the items with the invoice and in its original packing. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on some specific products. You can return the item/s to us or we will arrange a pickup via courier with an AED XXXX pickup charge that will be deducted from the credit note for UAE customers. 2. Where do you ship in the UAE?

We ship across United Arab Emirates– be it in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah or Umm Al Quwain.

3. Can someone receive the shipment on my behalf?

Without a doubt, why not? We simply require the individual to have a proof of personality particularly for orders paid via card. 4. Can I use my voucher or credit note upon delivery?

5. Is international shipping available? To what international destinations do you ship?

Yes, Colourcloset is glad to inform you that we have options available for international shipping to KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman and to other parts of the world as well. For the future, we have plans to expand our services to various other countries as well.

6. In how many days will I receive my order?

At colourcloset, our most important priority is to send your order as soon as possible. For orders in UAE we take 2-3 business days to process your order.

7. How will I know when my order is on its way to me?
